From Setup > My Company, you can reach the My Company Settings page. Here is where you can set your preferences for the entire firm.
Your choices are:
Auto Sync Time | If this box is checked, all time that is logged in Aero will automatically be synced to your QuickBooks Online or TSheets account. For more information, see How the Aero - QuickBooks Online Sync works. If you don't want all time to automatically sync, you can leave the box unchecked and use the Batch Update Time feature to approve only certain time entries. |
Default Hourly Rate | You can design company-wide wide default billing rate. |
Billing Rate Option | Aero allows you to have dynamic pricing. You can choose to have your hourly billing rate set in four different ways:

Default Aero Type | Choose a default Aero type for the Company. This type will auto-fill when you create a new task, appointment, note, or email. This Company default will be over-ridden by Team Member defaults. |
Save | Click the Save button when you are done to save the changes you’ve made to your Company settings |
