If you don't have access to the Manage Menu, you will get to this screen from the Work menu.Manage > Contacts takes you to the Contacts grid. In the header, you can click the down arrow next to Manage Contacts and choose to add a new contact. You can search for a specific contact within the grid by using the sort and filter features in the column headings. Clicking the blue “View” button for any contact allows you to see further details and edit the contact.
The columns displayed can also be filtered, but by default are:
|Name||The contact’s name|
|Main Email||The default email address for this contact.|
|Company Name||The default company for this contact.|
|Phones||All phone numbers entered for this contact.|
|Active||Whether or not this contact is active|
