Next to the View button on the Setup Team Members screen, you see a Schedule button.
Clicking the Schedule button will allow you to see their Aeros in the same view as the user sees on the My Schedule screen. Just like the My Schedule screen, you can click and drag to reschedule each Team Member's Aeros.
This works just like My Schedule works, but here are a few important things to remember about this screen:
- Only tasks and appointments are on this screen– Notes and Emails do not appear on the schedule view
- Be aware if the team member has synced Aero to their G-Cal, moving an appointment on the my schedule view will make changes to their G-Cal.
- You can click the "E" to see more information about the Aero or Edit it.
- You can click the icon to accept the Aero from here. However, keep in mind that while the Aero will still be assigned to the original Team Member, the time entry will be recorded for you. If you defer the Aero without specifying that it is deferred to you, it will still be assigned to the original team member.
