You can see which Master Aeros are 'running out' of occurrences by running the Master Aeros list report from the Manage > Reports screen.Manage > Master Aeros takes you to the Master Aeros grid, which shows you all the Master Aeros in your firm. In the header, you can click the down arrow next to Manage Master Aeros to add a new Master Aero. You can search for a specific Master Aero by using the sort and filter features in the column headings.
Clicking the View button will allow you to view and edit a Master Aero, including changes to its occurrence schedule. The columns displayed can also be filtered, but by default are:
Team Member | The team member who completed the time. |
Subject | The subject or title of the Master Aero. |
Company | The name of the company associated with the Master Aero (if any). |
Contact | The main contact for the Master Aero. This doesn’t have to be someone associated with the Company. It can be internal or external. |
Project | The name of the project associated with the Master Aero (if any). |
Aero Type | The Aero Type chosen for that Master Aero, |
Active | Whether or not the Master Aero is active. |
