You can use the Manage Time screen to filter for time entries that failed to sync.
- Go to the Manage > Time screen and click the "For QuickBooks Sync" button.
- Click on one of the quick filter boxes and choose a time frame (for example: By User > Last Month)
- Go to the Sync column and click on the three ellipses, hover over Filter, and type "fail" in the filter field, then click the filter button.
- If you want to save this view of the times, you can click the "Make Sticky" button at the bottom of the screen. This will save your filter view the QuickBooks sync screen, but not change anything on the regular Manage time screen.
