All emails (incoming and outgoing) are saved in Aero. You can find a history in various places:
- For a particular customer, go to Manage > Companies and click the View button for that customer. Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the Aeros tab. You can filter for the category of "email" to see only emails and/or filter for a particular date or subject. This same information is available on the Do task screen for a particular customer.
- For a particular contact, go to Manage > Contacts and click the View button for that contact. Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the Aeros tab. You can filter for the category of "email" to see only emails and/or filter for a particular date or subject.
- To see all emails, not for a particular company or contact, You can run a report, like the Scheduled Aeros Report, and customize it to include emails in the filter. The report will include tasks as well.
