If you find that time is missing from TSheets, the first place to look is Admin > Manage Integrations page for sync errors. Here are some of the most common errors and how to fix them:
|Error adding time sheet for Aero Time Id: 22 in TSheets.
Expectation Failed: The following fields are required:
• Service Item
Fix the cell on Tue the 4th with 0:02 hours
|You have Service Item and/or Classes required in your TSheets account. Make sure your Aero Types are properly mapped and then use Batch Update Time to fix the time entries.|
|Object reference not set to an instance of an object.||Your TSheets account might have been disconnected from Aero. Try disconnecting and then reconnecting Aero and TSheets. This might also mean that the TSheets API is down. Wait a few hours and try syncing again|
|AeroTime: 1015 failed to add/update to Tsheets.
Aero Time Entity not set.
|You need to map your Aero users to your TSheets employees. The Aero user who saved this time entry is not properly mapped.|

Not Acceptable: Tue the 27th is locked because it's been submitted or approved.
Please unsubmit or have a manager unapprove the day and try again
|Aero cannot add or update time to that date because it has been approved and locked in TSheets.|
