There are multiple ways for Aero users to get support
- In the Aero app and on the website click the Help button to search the Knowledge Base
- In the Aero App and on the website, click the Help button to start a Live Chat session
- Outside of customer support hours (9-5 Pacific time, M-F), click the Help button to submit a support ticket.
- You can also submit a support ticket by clicking the Support link at the bottom of any screen in Aero.
- Or, you can submit a support ticket from the Contact Us link on the
Knowledge Base - You can Schedule a free one-on-one support session by clicking the Support link in the Aero app or by clicking the Contact Us link on the Knowledge Base.
